SALE ITEMS
All discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE RETURNS (Full Price Items Only)
Full price online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached.
Orders $150+ qualify for free return shipping.
Orders under $150 are eligible for return, with return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Returns received within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Quickest Option
Log into your account on our website and submit a return request through the Returns/Refund section.
Standard Option
Email info@grapevinefashion.com with your order number to request a return label.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Items purchased during December may be returned through January 15.
IN STORE RETURNS
Refunds to the original form of payment are available within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, store credit will be issued. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not in our system, a receipt is required to complete the return or exchange.
For large cash refunds, we may need to mail a check or issue store credit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Returns without original tags or returned in worn condition will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to limit returns or future transactions in cases of excessive return activity.
